3–4 weeks in advance during peak season (Christmas and half-term).

Minimum age?

Skiing: 4 years, Snowboarding: 7 years.

Cancellation policy?

20+ days: 100% refund (minus bank fee) • 12–20 days: 50% refund • <12 days: no refund

Are equipment and lift passes included?

No, neither ski/snowboard equipment nor lift passes are included in the lesson price.

Languages?

English, French, German, Spanish.

Bad weather?

Lessons take place if resorts are open; refunds only if no skiing option is available.
