Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed after full payment is received via our secure platform (Stripe).

A confirmation email will be sent with all details of the lesson or activity.

2. Payment

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Only secure payments via Stripe are accepted.

Card details are never stored on our servers.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • 20 days or more before the activity: 100% refund (minus bank fees)
  • 12 to 19 days before the activity: 50% refund
  • Less than 12 days before the activity: no refund

Exceptions (no refund):

  • Accident or injury preventing participation
  • Interruption due to lack of fitness, skill, lateness, or absence
  • Activity stopped for reasons beyond our control (weather, safety, closed lifts, etc.)

We recommend purchasing specialized trip cancellation insurance to cover these situations.

4. Modifications

Changes (date, time, number of participants) are possible up to 2 days before the activity, subject to availability and agreement on any additional costs.

After this period, no modifications are allowed.

5. No-Show / Late Arrival

No refund or compensation will be given in case of no-show or late arrival.

Clients are responsible for arriving at the agreed meeting point on time.

6. Special Conditions

  • Minimum age and required skill level for each lesson or activity
  • Mandatory equipment (helmet, skis, boots, protective gear)
  • Travel or medical insurance recommended for all participants

7. Liability

Skibex is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage during lessons.

Participants must have their own travel and medical insurance.
