1. Cancellation

Refunds are calculated based on the total cost of all booked lessons:

• Cancellation 20 days or more before the first lesson: 100% (minus bank fees).
• Cancellation 12–19 days before: 50%.
• Cancellation less than 12 days before: no refund.

No exceptions: no refund or rescheduling will be given in case of:

• Accident preventing participation (clients should purchase cancellation insurance).
• Non-attendance due to lack of fitness, skill, delay, absence, or illness.
• Interruption for reasons beyond our control (lift closure, weather, safety, snow conditions).
• Schedule or program changes for safety or weather reasons.

2. Modification of Services

Activities cannot be modified within 2 days prior to the start.

Before this period, changes (time, number of participants, level) are possible subject to instructor availability and acceptance of any additional cost.

3. Participation

Participants must be in good health, properly equipped, and follow instructor guidance.

Skibex is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage.

Participants must have travel and medical insurance covering winter sports, including off-piste if applicable.

4. Safety

Instructors assess whether activities are feasible based on weather, snow, and participant ability.

Participants must follow safety instructions at all times.

5. Weather Conditions

Once confirmed, activities will not be canceled or rescheduled due to weather.

Instructors may adapt the program for safety reasons without giving rise to a refund.

6. Insurance

Services include legal liability insurance only.

Personal insurance (illness, accident, cancellation) is not included.

7. Helmet Use

Mandatory for children, strongly recommended for all participants.

8. Booking & Payment

Registration is subject to availability and confirmation by Skibex.

Full payment via Stripe is required to confirm the booking.

Payment data is secure and not stored on our servers.

Personal data is used solely to process the booking and provide services (see Privacy Policy).

9. Use of Images

Skibex may use photos and videos from lessons for promotional purposes, unless the client objects in writing before or during the activity.

10. Equipment & Levels

Participants must use suitable and well-maintained equipment.

Some activities, like off-piste or Ski Safari, require a minimum skill level.

11. Force Majeure

Skibex is not liable for interruptions caused by unforeseeable events: natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, resort closures, etc.
