Practical guide to free buses connecting all ski areas with your ski pass or guest card. Winter season 2025/26.

  • Free with valid ski pass (Le Pass or Mont-Blanc Unlimited)
  • Free with guest card (Carte d'hôte provided by your accommodation)
  • Otherwise: ~€2 per trip, day and week passes available

All ski areas are served by free buses with a valid ski pass or guest card.

Service times for the 2025/26 winter season

Lines 1 & 2

Main valley lines
Hours: 6:15 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.
Frequency: Every 30 min

Ski shuttles (11,12,14,15,16,17)

Ski area shuttles
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Frequency: Every 15–30 min

Mulet (Chamonix town shuttle)

Town center loop
Hours: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Frequency: Every 10–15 min

Chamo'Nuit (night bus)

Evening service (paid)
Hours: 8:30 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Frequency: Lines N1 to N4

Transport Tips

Use Express Buses

Lines 11 and 12 are express services for fast access to Le Tour or Grands Montets.

Line 1 is Your Friend

Connects Les Houches, Chamonix Centre, and Flégère (Les Praz) - the main valley route.

Chamonix Sud Hub

All lines intersect at Chamonix Sud (main bus terminal) - perfect for connections.

Plan Ahead at Peak Times

8-9am and 4-5pm are busiest. Buses can fill up - consider earlier/later times.
